Delete your account
You can do this yourself, from inside the app.
In effect from 2026-10-07
In the app
- Sign in, then open Account from the top corner of the home screen.
- Scroll to Delete your account and tap Delete my account.
- Read what will go, then tap Delete everything.
What is deleted
- Your login, your name and your email address or phone number.
- The tasks you posted, with their offers, messages and photos.
- The people you booked for, and the places and door notes you gave us.
- Your helper card, its photo and your offers on other people’s tasks.
- Every photo you uploaded, from storage.
What is kept
- Tasks you worked on for somebody else stay on their record, because it is theirs. Your name comes off them.
- Any payment record we are required to keep by law. Payments are not switched on yet, so today there are none; if there ever are, we will tell you in the app and close the account ourselves.
- A report you made about somebody else, without your name on it.
If it will not let you
You cannot delete while you have a task in progress — somebody is relying on it. Finish it or cancel it, then try again. If you cannot sign in, or the button does not work, email info@alsofpublishing.com.au from the address you signed up with and we will delete the account for you, usually within a few days.
